Born in Mumbai and educated as a Chemical Engineer at ICT (formerly UDCT), Ruchita spent over 25 years leading engineering teams across Silicon Valley startups and enterprise companies — rising to senior leadership, often as the only woman in the room. Strategic, empathetic, and deeply collaborative, she delivered successful products while holding herself to an uncompromising standard of quality. A lifelong traveler, fragrance connoisseur with a natural eye for aesthetics, captivated by the way a single scent can collapse time and distance, she founded Reliv Perfumes to help people revisit the world they carry inside them.
